"#SavetoSurvive," an energy conservation campaign organised to create mass awareness about energy, efficiency, and conservation.
Throughout the "World Energy Conservation Week," the students took part in a plethora of activities. Great efforts were made by the students to reduce the consumption of energy by creating awareness through Nukkad Natak, slogan and poem writing, an interclass science quiz, presentations through audio-visual technology, speeches, and recreational activities such as recycling old T-shirts into eco-friendly bags. Students participated in the activities allotted to them with enthusiasm.The campaign was kicked off at Tau Devilal Park, PLA, and Hisar, where students shared the message of joining hands to save electricity through speech, the distribution of cloth bags, and Nukkad Natak.

Junior Startups

Junior Startups is a unique initiative developed by our students that provides a hands-on learning experience in entrepreneurship by planning and setting up school businesses. Through this program, students have the opportunity to gain practical knowledge and skills in running a real business by creating handicraft products such as paper jewelry, custom painted face masks, cloth carry bags, decorative bottles, pen stands, and much more.

ACCIDENT FREE FATEHABAD

An extensive awareness campaign organized by 57 students to promote road safety and reduce accidents in and around the district of Fatehabad. This pioneering initiative, the first of its kind in the district, involved collaboration with the District Collector and the Chennai-based team Thozhan. The campaign aimed to educate the public about road safety practices, proper use of traffic signals, and the importance of wearing helmets and seatbelts. Through various activities and presentations, the campaign successfully addressed an audience of over 1800 people, spreading crucial information and fostering a culture of safety on the roads.

Perfect Planners

Perfect Planners is a dynamic initiative developed by our students to foster event planning and management skills. Our Dreamer factory partners with schools to execute a variety of events, including PTMs, annual functions, award ceremonies, and birthday parties. By collaborating with us, schools benefit from our students' expertise in event planning and management, and our students gain valuable hands-on experience in these areas. Our Perfect Planners initiative is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience that equips students with essential skills such as communication, leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork. Our students take on various roles in event management, including project management, budgeting, vendor coordination, logistics, marketing, and more. Our team of experienced professionals provides mentorship and guidance to students throughout the planning and execution process, ensuring that they gain the necessary knowledge, skills, and confidence to succeed in event management.
We believe that hands-on experience is crucial for developing practical skills, and our students receive ample opportunities to apply their learning in real-world situations. We pride ourselves on offering a well- organized and professional program that exceeds expectations. Our approach is focused on building relationships with our school partners and delivering exceptional event experiences that exceed their expectations. Our Perfect Planners initiative provides a platform for students to explore their passion for event planning and management, develop essential skills, and prepare for successful careers in this field.

Study With Shabnam

Study With Shabnam is an initiative led by Shabnam, a grade X student and a patron of the Dreamer Factory. Shabnam's dream is to become an IAS officer, and to help retain all that she is learning as a UPSC aspirant, she came up with a brilliant idea to teach through YouTube.
Through her YouTube channel, Shabnam shares 1-minute shorts that connect everyday happenings with science, making learning fun and accessible for all.
Her innovative approach to teaching has garnered widespread attention, and she has received a grant of Rs. 25,000/- as a token of encouragement from senior scientist of CIPLA, Dr. Ashok Y Raj, and Prof. Jibby Peter D'Cruz from Viswajyothi College of Engineering and Technology, Kerela.
Through this initiative, Shabnam is not only gaining valuable teaching experience but is also developing essential skills such as communication, creativity, and problem-solving. Her innovative approach to teaching science is making a real difference in the lives of her viewers and serves as an inspiration to others.

Mini Toastmasters

An initiative where students enhance their English public speaking skills. Modeled after the Toastmasters framework, the program includes prepared speeches, impromptu exercises, and evaluations. It builds confidence, improves communication, and develops leadership, preparing students for future academic and professional success.

Pothole Filling Project

The Pothole Filling Project is an outstanding initiative taken up by a group of enthusiastic students led by Aryan, a 10th grader. The project aims to address the problem of road accidents caused by the accumulation of water in potholes during the rainy season. Concerned about the safety of their community, these students embarked on a mission to fill these potholes and make the roads safer for everyone. With their guidance, the students presented the problem in front of government authorities and received approval to start their project. They are working tirelessly to fill the potholes and make the roads safer for everyone in the community.

Project Kaagaz

Project Kaagaz is a remarkable initiative undertaken by a group of school students to create awareness about the reduction of paper wastage in school and office practices. With a strong commitment to sustainability and the environment, these students are leading the way in promoting recycling and reusing of paper in their school environment. The project focuses on a range of activities aimed at reducing paper wastage, including promoting the use of digital platforms, encouraging double-sided printing, and implementing paperless communication systems. In addition, the students are making products of recycled paper that can be used in classrooms and school offices, further promoting the reuse of paper. They are gaining hands-on experience in recycling and reusing paper, developing essential skills such as problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and leadership.

Project 108 - Study Boot Camp for Board Exams

Extensive coaching, testing and correction module is been implemented having a panel of 20+ years expertise from the education field in order to boost students mark day in last minute preparation was taken and succeeded.

Bhoomi Mitra – Pathway to Prosperity

Bhoomi Mitra is an initiative about women entrepreneurship. At Bhoomi Mitra, vermi compost, vermin-wash, cow dung cakes and other organic products are produced, packed and commercialized with the envision to enhance the lives of rural women and empower them with the aim of bringing Second Green Revolution by totally replacing chemical based fertilizers and pesticides with organic fertilizers. Our first milestone achieved was pitching our idea in the presence of Govt. authorities and to be able to gain their support and trust. 2nd Runner up in Youth Ideathon- 2021 for pitching the idea and received mentorship from Prof. SANJAY KUMAR, South Asia Institute, Harvard UniversityROHIT BANSAL, CoFounder, SnapdealALOK MITTAL, Founder, Indian Angel Network

Wisdom On Wheels

An initiative led by Anshika, a 15-year-old from the small hamlet of Manawali in Fatehabad, to empower children and women with spoken English skills. The project aims to provide free educational resources and training, enhancing the linguistic abilities of the community. The initiative has made a significant impact, reaching 109 school children and over 58 elderly women. The journey began with winning top 100 rank at the Youth Ideathon 2022, IIT Delhi, followed by the purchase and launch of the Wisdom on Wheels vehicle. Subsequent activities included awareness campaigns on basic education and road safety, a signature campaign, and conducting classes across various villages. The project is supported by a dedicated team of mentors, guest teachers, and supporters, all working towards the vision of making education accessible to every individual.

Mass Plantation Drive

An extensive initiative focused on planting a large number of saplings to enhance environmental sustainability and combat climate change. This drive involves distributing 320+ saplings among schools students. The goal is to increase green cover, improve air quality, and promote biodiversity, fostering a healthier and more sustainable environment for future generations.
