At Dreamer Factory, our working module is meticulously designed to guide students through a transformative journey of self-discovery, skill development, and holistic growth. The four key steps—Scouting, Screening, Segregating, and Sowing—form the foundation of our approach, ensuring that each dreamer is empowered to realize their full potential.
1. Scouting: Liberty to Exhibit Talents/Interests
Dreamer Factory believes in the power of individuality and the uniqueness that each child brings to the table. In the Scouting phase, students are given the liberty to showcase their talents and interests. Whether it’s artistic flair, scientific curiosity, or a passion for community service, we encourage students to express themselves authentically.
2. Screening: Evaluation by Professionals/Experts
To identify and nurture raw talents, Dreamer Factory employs a rigorous screening process. Professionals and experts in various fields evaluate the exhibited talents of the students. This ensures a comprehensive understanding of their capabilities and potential, laying the groundwork for personalized mentorship.
3. Segregating: Categorization Based on Pioneer Strengths
Following the screening process, students are thoughtfully segregated into categories based on their pioneer strengths. This strategic categorization allows us to create teams of individuals with complementary skills and interests. Collaboration becomes a cornerstone as dreamers work together towards common goals, fostering a sense of unity and shared purpose.
4. Sowing: Strategic and Systematic Mentorship
The Sowing phase is where the real magic happens. Under the strategic and systematic mentorship of experts, Dreamers sow the seeds for their destiny. This involves tailored guidance, skill development programs, and hands-on experiences that empower students to realize their dreams. The mentorship goes beyond academics, focusing on character development and instilling values that last a lifetime.
